I have received the BKM-129X Euro SCART & VGA Card RGBs/RGBHV for Sony Monitors with Steel Bracket.
It was well packed, nevertheless I have the following complaint.
The bracket did not come with the two screws required to fix it to the PVM Sony monitor, and due to this it stays loose. For the high price of this product I think this should be included and is not acceptable. It is unfortunate that I have to look elsewhere to purchase these two screws and probably will have to buy 50 screws as this is the minimum order quantity.
Second complaint is that the select button can be pressed but sometimes gets stuck and is working with difficulty and not properly.
I hope that it does not break at one point.
On the other hand, the other button for Cync works well and smoothly.
Looking forward to receiving your feedback.
